Refunds and Returns

RETURNS:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items for up to 30 days from the purchase date. 

If you need to return a product purchased from The Eye Doctor Shop, please contact us at healthyvision@theeyedoctorshop.com to arrange your return and refund.  Returns made without pre-approval will not be honored.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Note:  Special Order, Clearance, Gift cards and pharmaceutical products are not eligible for return unless defective. Please report any shortages or defects within 7 days of receipt

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of product and inspection. Once approved, credit will be applied to the Credit Card or original payment method within 30 days.

SHIPPING:

The customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items.
