If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at theeyedoctorshop@gmail.com to arrange your return and refund. Returns made without pre-approval will not be honored.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Special Order, Clearance, Gift Cards, and Pharmaceutical Products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Defective or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
